Purchase Contract

This web site is operated by STYLIDEAS Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.

We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives sooner of the web message and the email. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

The products and services available on the Website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. STYLIDEAS reserves the right to cancel any online order for any reason. You must also check the items once they arrive to see if they are the correct order before opening the products.

Klarna Payments

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

Pay in 30 days: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerlandand the Netherlands.
Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in 30 days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

Prices

All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at the current rate. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the "checkout" button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.

The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery.
A standard delivery charge of £2.99 maybe applicable for all orders and is inclusive of VAT. For a VAT receipt, request via email from info@stylideas.com

Availability

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. The content of the site is managed and therefore any products that are out of stock should be highlighted. In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.

Delivery

Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or other couriers and delivery times are normally between 3-7 working days. Please however allow for maximum delivery times which are 14 days for both forms of delivery. Please contact us on teamtom@stylideas.com to track your order if you do not receive your parcel in this time.

Returns and exchanges

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If the product is faulty, you have thirty days from the date of receipt in which to contact us to arrange refund or exchange. Please note that for all returns, unless the item is faulty, it must be returned in a resaleable condition, be thoroughly cleaned and with it's original packaging before any refund or exchange can take place.

In addition to the rights granted by STYLIDEAS above, you have a statutory right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. Please note, this right to cancel does not apply to items which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsaleable after delivery (unless they are faulty).

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

One (1) Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty

STYLIDEAS LTD (“STYLIDEAS”) warrants that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”), provided the product was used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g., in the intended environment and under normal circumstances).

Your Limited Warranty Benefits

During the Limited Warranty Period and subject to this limited Warranty Policy, STYIDEAS will, in its sole and exclusive discretion, either (i) refund the purchase price if the purchase was made directly from the online STYLIDEAS store, (ii) repair any defects in material or workmanship, (iii) replace the product with another product of equal or greater value, or (iv) provide store credit in the amount of the purchase price.

Who is Covered?

This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether the product transferred ownership during the specified term of the limited warranty. The original consumer purchaser must provide verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase to claim the Limited Warranty Benefits.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers

This limited warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.

STYLIDEAS limited warranty only extends to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers that are subject to STYLIDEAS quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls. Please be aware, products purchased from an unauthorized website or dealer may, be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. You can protect yourself and, your products by making sure you only purchase from STYLIDEAS or its authorized dealers.

What’s Not Covered?

Normal wear and tear, including normal wearing parts, such as dust bin, filter, roller brush, battery, and power cord, or carpet or floor damage due to misuse.
If the proof-of-purchase has been altered in any way or is made illegible.
If the model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.
If the product has been modified from its original condition.
If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual.
Damages caused by connecting peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual.
Damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance.
Damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than STYLIDEAS.
Damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended.
If the unit has been damaged, including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation, dishwasher, or water (unless the user manual expressly states that the product is dishwasher safe).
Incidental and consequential damages.
Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. NO EMPLOYEE OF STYLIDEAS LTD OR ANY OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY IN ADDITION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY IN THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STYLIDEAS LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR:

(a) DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM STYLIDEAS LTD IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR SUCH PRODUCTS, OR

(b) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF STYLIDEAS LTD OR ONE OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.

AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

If such is the case, we may reject your order and/or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled orders. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
